AGES/GRADES: Males and females ages 10-21, in middle school, high school and post-graduate.
THERAPEUTIC SERVICES: Individual, family, speech and occupational therapies, medication management and parent skill training seminars all on site.
THERAPEUTIC ORIENTATION: An interdisciplinary approach, using Applied Behavioral Analysis and a Positive Behavioral Interventions and Support model, designed to encourage children to perform those skills, activities and behaviors necessary to develop successfully and to acquire self-control of their behavior. Primary goal is to prepare the child for a successful return to family and a mainstream school or post-secondary setting.
POPULATION SERVED: Emotional, behavioral and/or learning differences. Common diagnoses include but are not limited to, high functioning autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, OCD, Tourette, anxiety, mood, and learning disorders.
LICENSURE: Licensed by the CT Dept. of Children & Families, accredited by the CT Board of Education and MA Chapter 766 approved. Also accredited by New England Association of Schools and Colleges (NEASC).
