AGES/GRADES: Males and females ages 4-21 (22 for MA) grades pre-K through 12+ in day and residential educational year round setting.
THERAPEUTIC SERVICES: Psychological care, including individual and group therapy, physical, occupational, speech/language, orientation and mobility therapies; a complete offering of augmentative alternative communication systems; assistive technology support to develop customized solutions for learning, mobility and daily living needs; teacher of the visually impaired; therapeutic recreation.
THERAPEUTIC ORIENTATION: Therapies delivered according to each student’s individual education plan and/or child protection services treatment plan. Students with emotional and behavioral disorders and severe mental illness receive trauma-focused care.
POPULATION SERVED: Autism spectrum, emotional and behavioral disorders, mental illness, neurological impairments, brain injury, complex medical conditions, and genetic and metabolic disorders.
LICENSURE: Approved by the State of NH Dept. of Education, licensed by the State of NH Bureau of Child Care Licensing, MA Chapter 766 approved, and NYSED approved out-of-state school for students with disabilities.
COMMENTS: Residential accommodations in cottage style homes and apartments. Also serve day students and provide short-term evaluative placement. Acquired by Gersh Autism in late 2020, previously known as Crotched Mountain School.
