AGES/GRADES: Males and females ages 14-22 in high school, 7 day a week, 12 month a year Residential Education Program and 12 month Therapeutic Day School.

THERAPEUTIC SERVICES: Diagnostic assessment; milieu, individual, group and family therapies; psychiatric assessment and medication management; psychological testing; outpatient behavioral health clinic; life skills/vocational programming for students ages 14+; recreational and after school services; experiential learning; on site fitness room. Offer a continuum of residential, educational, and in-home/community-based care, including hospital diversion and step-down services; in-home therapy and therapeutic mentoring services, home-based services consistent with the National Wrap-Around Model.

THERAPEUTIC ORIENTATION: Differentiated and direct-interactive instruction; common core alignment; curriculum mapping; technology integration; hands-on, multi-sensory instruction to support all student learning styles and learning levels. Strengths-based, trauma-informed, individualized interdisciplinary approach utilizing the ARC framework and focused on building skills and competencies across multiple developmental areas. Family centered and holistic care provided, facilitating seamless integration with other community resources to support the student and family’s ability to function successfully within the community. All programs utilize positive behavioral supports and group processing, as appropriate, to teach social skills and support milieu development. Flexible wrap-around services provided to support diversion from out-of-home placement and/or to support transition to home from placement as quickly and safely as possible.

POPULATION SERVED: Emotional and behavioral disorders, psychiatrically involved, Asperger’s, learning disorders, ADHD, history of trauma, physical and/or sexual abuse, neglect, or domestic violence, runaway and abuse reactive youth, PTSD, conduct disorder, anxiety, depression and other related disabilities, school related/learning issues.

COMMENTS: COA accredited. St. Vincents facilities are located on one campus in Fall River. Strong clinical, educational, and psychiatric components. Offering continuum of care including: residential education; therapeutic day school; Short Term Assessment and Rapid Reintegration; group home; intensive group home; pre-independent living; life-skills and vocational programming for students ages 14+ who are transitioning out of care. Home-based in-home therapy, therapeutic mentoring services and comprehensive support and stabilization services offered as well as outpatient behavioral health clinic services for children and families.
